What is the Process?
Onboarding
We start with a thorough onboarding process. We make sure to address all the important questions about the collaboration and your business. Additionally, you will meet the team you will be working with.
Strategy & Analysis
Together, we create a strategy for the collaboration. What are the goals? What do we want to achieve? Which tactics should we use? This is typically based on an analysis where we dive into your data, examine your target audience and market, and listen to your experiences.
Ongoing Collaboration
We execute the plan based on the strategy. The plan is typically developed with a 6-month perspective. Every month, we meet to discuss progress, review monthly reports, and clarify the initiatives for the coming month.
Evaluation & Development
While we continuously monitor and adjust efforts based on results, we also need to take a long-term view. Some efforts and tactics need time to show results. Therefore, we hold a strategy meeting every 6 months to assess whether we've reached our goals, if the strategy needs adjustment, or if changes to the efforts are required.

Good to Know About a Partnership
Before entering a partnership, you often have many questions. We've gathered the most common ones here so you can better understand if we're the right match for your business.
Our commitment periods are 1 + ongoing month. We work with the shortest possible commitment periods because we believe that as long as we create value, we can maintain the partnership. If we can no longer create value, you should be able to move on easily.
You will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will always be your point of contact for any questions. The project manager ensures that all efforts are focused on the strategy and acts as the link between you and our team of specialists.
In our collaborations, we incorporate our marketing tech stack. This means you can receive a consolidated monthly report that pulls data from all major platforms. We also set up heatmaps and mouse-tracking to see how your visitors interact with the site.
Every month, we hold a monthly meeting where we review the previous month's efforts, the results, and the plans for the upcoming month. In addition, we maintain ongoing communication about tasks and are happy to set up regular meetings on a weekly or biweekly basis. From experience, we are typically in contact weekly.
