YSM (Yding Smedie og Maskiner) is an award-winning full-line supplier of machinery and technology for agriculture, horticulture, contractors, and machine stations. As one of the 10 largest dealers of agricultural machinery, they are one of Denmark's most versatile machinery businesses.
With a wealth of expertise distributed among 80 employees and the ambition to be the service organization of the future, YSM sells and services new and used agricultural machinery every day across two locations well-rooted in the southeastern Jutland soil. However, their old website fell far short of this ambition, as it was neither up-to-date nor user-friendly. Therefore, it needed a facelift.
With the help of our web developer, YSM now have a strong website with a modern, inviting, and professional appearance. This is achieved through the use of aesthetic images of machinery in the field, inspiring graphics, and appealing and relevant photos of employees and work situations. A central part of the new website was the development of a machinery library with an associated search function.
Additionally, we have given the website a better and more user-friendly structure - including the construction of a mega menu that makes it easy to navigate the site. We have also implemented tracking tools, thereby enabling the analysis of website traffic, so YSM can gain a better understanding of how their website performs and what their target audience(s) find relevant.
