Implementation of HubSpot and onboarding of 100+ employees in three countries.
Versalift, which sells, supplies, installs, and services lifts for vans and chassis worldwide, needed a system they could use across countries to streamline and automate their administrative processes as well as for marketing purposes. We took care of the implementation and onboarding of HubSpot in Denmark, Great Britain, and the USA.

With a presence in more than twelve countries and a multitude of separate ways to manage and handle customers, Versalift needed to get one unified system that could take care of customer management, marketing, and sales. An outdated CRM system and countless excel documents were the leading cause of a lot of wasted time and redundant work. The same content was created several times in different countries, and there was a need to gather it and strengthen cooperation across borders.
Our solution
A single integrated CRM system that is able to handle marketing, sales, and service: HubSpot.
We were responsible for the implementation, training, and onboarding of HubSpot in Versalift’s Danish, British, and American branches.
HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub were all implemented and integrated with Versalift’s existing website. Furthermore, we have set up automations that strengthen both the marketing efforts and the administrative processes. And today, HubSpot is used by a large number of employees to keep an overview, collaborate internationally, and automate processes.

With one and the same system, Versalift’s collaboration across countries and departments has been strengthened, while at the same time several processes have been automated and streamlined so that they can save time on repetitive and redundant tasks.
