
Digital strategy gives more relevant website traffic
When do you choose to contact a temp agency within the social and health sector? And what needs do you have when looking for temporary workers? Based on these questions, we created a digital strategy in collaboration with TrygtMiljø. The strategy involved changes to their website and an enhanced focus on SEO and Google Ads to drive potential customers to the site. The result was more visitors and more conversions.
The efforts have, among other things, resulted in:

TrygtMiljø's challenge
TrygtMiljø needed to become more digital in order to get more online inquiries. With a new website, they were ready to service customers, but how would they get these customers to actually visit the website?
Their lack of knowledge about digital marketing and an unclear target audience made it difficult for them to find new customers online. Thus, it was important to get a better understanding of who the most significant target audience was and what their needs consisted of.
Our solution
The solution was naturally digital. Our analysis showed that the target group most often experience an urgent need for help when they approach TrygtMiljø. Therefore, we emphasised the different contact options throughout the website, making it even easier for potential customers to contact TrygtMiljø.
It was very important for TrygtMiljø to be available when managers at residences and nursing homes urgently need assistance. Therefore, we focused on SEO and Google Ads, which should let customers discover TrygtMiljø’s website and lead them there.
Based on a keyword analysis, we identified the search terms that were relevant for TrygtMiljø to rank on, whereafter their Google Ads were set up. A content strategy with a primary focus on SEO should create relevant content for the website’s visitors on, for example, shielding, externalising behaviour, and conflict management.
The website’s focus on services was made more concrete with a focus on how TrygtMiljø helps and how to get hold of them.
The result
The effort resulted in a large increase in conversions - both organic, paid, and display.
We saw a large increase in the organic traffic, and visitors began spending significantly more time on the website. Better rankings on Google, targeted Google Ads, and new content on TrygtMiljø’s website have resulted in more relevant customer inquiries.
