The complete customer journey is supported with HubSpot

A new, multi-language variation website, user-friendly job manager platform, thorough integration with HubSpot, and extensive use of inbound marketing. All this combined with strategic feedback resulted in an impressive 68 contact inquiries in 130 days. Thus, Compass now has the optimal potential for supporting the customer journey across offices in five countries.

Compass' challenge

Compass Human Resources Group is a HR organisation that, among other things, focuses on recruitment of specialists and leaders for a number of different industries. Besides offices in Denmark, they are also present in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the United Kingdom, where they solve assignments for organisations worldwide.

With such a large number of locations and target audiences, it’s necessary to have a well-designed website that supports their work across national borders as well as their strong corporate identity. A need that could no longer be met with their existing solution, since they were not able to make changes themselves without having to spend large amounts of money on an IT developer.

Therefore, Compass went in search of a new partner who could create a website that was both modern and intuitive to use for visitors as well as user-friendly for the in-house marketing teams to make continuous changes. In addition, they put a lot of focus on the development of a job manager platform, where the vacancies of their many clients could easily and professionally be displayed, promoted, and continuously updated by the responsible employees in the individual countries. Last, but not least, the different language versions of the website had to function optimally in relation to each other.

Our solution

A recommendation from another HR organisation got us a spot in the tender that ran across the five different countries. And here the good initial dialogue, competitive prices, as well as our great understanding and flexibility were decisive for us being chosen in the end.

In addition to the new website and the integration with HubSpot Marketing Professional, Compass has also been thoroughly onboarded in its many different functionalities.This makes it possible for them to work actively with both WordPress and Hubspot, creating, for example, gated content, tailored pop ups, intuitive collection of leads, and workflows that create customers out of the collected leads.

The result

The user-friendly website and our ongoing collaboration provide Compass with the best conditions for working with lead generation, and the results speak for themselves. During the first 130 days following the launch of the new website, Compass received a total of 68 contact forms through the website - more than one contact every other day that Sales can start working actively with.

Furthermore, Compass now offers a new type of service to their customers: Tailored campaign sites combined with digital advertising lets them promote specific job postings that clients want to highlight.

And the inbound marketing journey has only just begun for the HR organisation. Now they focus on content that can be used throughout the entire customer journey. In order to support their needs as best as possible, we offer continuous strategic feedback and help with the production of content, mail flows, material for social media, keyword analysis, and Ads, thus providing them with the best conditions for creating the valuable leads.

Good communication was one of the main reasons why we chose to work with Itch.
